Tofu and Peanut Butter Cream

A vegan dessert-meal, which is prepared in a jiffy. Peanut butter can be replaced with butter (puree) of almonds.
Tofu and Peanut Butter Cream


Preparation time: 5 min

Ingredients for 1 person

  • 190 g of silky tofu
  • 2 tbsp (30 g) peanut butter, natural
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup, or more to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla oil


Place the tofu in the mixer bowl. Add peanut butter, syrup and vanilla. Beat at high speed for 2 min, until creamy.
Pour into individual cups and serve.
